As Scrum Master you’ll be responsible for establishing and leading two DevSecOps squads. You will act as a coach and facilitator supporting and guiding teams through the Scrum framework ensuring successful and efficient ways of working.

**Key responsibilities**
- Leading, training, and coaching the organization in Scrum and agile adoption;
- Planning and advising Scrum and agile implementations within the organization
- Working with our product team to find and define techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management;
- Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items;
- Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment;
- Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.

**About You**:

You’ll be committed to the foundational elements of Scrum and an advocate for Agile but remain flexible and open to opportunities for the teams you work with to enhance their workflows.

**To be considered you must have**:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in an agile Delivery Manager role.
- DevSecOps experience
- Certified Scrum master - PSM 1 or equivalent
- Experience in establishing and leading squads
- Knowledge and techniques for improving team efficiency through flow metrics
- Knowledge of other iterative delivery approaches: Kanban, Lean, XP, scaled agile frameworks, etc
