Acorn by Synergie is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator for their client based in Yate, North Bristol. This is a full time permanent position offering a a salary of £25K - £28K per annum.

Job Duties:

- Entering data onto Sage for bookkeeper and using Sage to produce reports as requested by manager and client
- Checking invoice against purchase order and processing
- Inputting data for employees ensuring that staff are paid correctly and on time monthly
- Completing BACs transfers
- Logging staff LOA, sick days & holidays and informing Payroll as required. Note that this will switch to using StaffSavvy app
- Monitoring business direct-debits (including vehicle fuel cards expenditure) and producing a statement of monthly spend
- Fielding queries from accountants
- Raising purchase orders
- Producing client invoices.
- Communicating with Project Managers on:

- Project budget
- Supplier Accounts (e.g. Material suppliers).
- Engineer timesheet discrepancies
