**Your job will include:**

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for the onsite cleaning team, ensuring the highest of cleaning standards are adhered to at all times.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Supervising the cleaning team on a daily basis and working with a ‘team ethos’ at all times
- Fulfilling all H&S requirements
- Keeping all public and back of house areas to a high standard of cleanliness
- Involvement in all areas of staff training.
- Monitor all cleaning equipment and machinery, and reporting any issues
- Provide high levels of customer service to all stakeholders including shoppers, retailers, contractors and partners at all time.
- Embrace new innovations whenever and wherever possible and promote ‘Green’ initiative throughout the centre
- Completing written handovers for the oncoming supervisor to ensure the continuity of the cleaning operation.
