**Marketing Executive (Part-Time) - buns from home**

**Location**: London
- This role will work in our support office from our London bakeries with some from-home working.

**Part-Time (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)**

Buns from Home is where passion meets pastry. Operating 15 locations across London and planning to expand to over 20 by the end of the year, we are a bakery brand that believes in creating memorable experiences through our products. We are looking for a Marketing Executive to help us spread the joy and uniqueness of our offerings.

**Role Overview**:
As our Marketing Executive, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our brand's future. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to manage various marketing initiatives and drive our brand forward. It's an opportunity to bring your ideas to life in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Market Research: Analyse trends and customer behaviour to guide our marketing strategies.
- Brand Strategy: Maintain and enhance our brand’s voice across all communication channels.
- Digital Marketing: Manage our online presence, ensuring engaging and cohesive content.
- Social Media: Generate and schedule engaging content on IG, Meta, and TikTok.
- Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to deepen relationships with our community through direct engagement and events.
- Product Promotion: Design and execute innovative product launch campaigns.
- Partnerships: Foster and manage partnerships that enhance brand visibility.
- Sales Support: Create materials and strategies that assist in boosting sales performance.
- Analytics: Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Budget Management: Effectively allocate and manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal spending.
- Proven marketing experience with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent command of digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Creative thinker with strategic problem-solving ability.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Passionate about food and innovation.
