Alecto Recruitment Ltd are currently working on behalf of one of the market leaders in property maintenance and supplying multiple trades and services to high-end residential clients in areas such as Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Kensington.

**Job Role**:
Joining the business as a **Multi Trade Craftsman**, you will be capable and have experience of a range of skills including carpentry, painting & decorating, plumbing, plastering and minor brickwork.

With our client providing an exceptional service to homeowners, landlords and tenants throughout some of the smartest properties in the area. Some being multi-million pound properties.

**To Be Considered For The Role You Must**:

- Hold the relevant experience and qualifications such as; NVQ or City and Guilds certificates.
- Have a background and experience in particular with carpentry.
- Come from a background in property maintenance and the multi trade sector.
- Live commutable to the West London or South West London area.

**Salary and Package Details**:

- Basic Salary £36k-£40k (40 hour week) - PAYE / Employed Position
- Plus numerous Bonuses (including profit share and performance related)
- Company Van
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank
- Pension
