**Salary
- **up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience

Hours - Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm

**Do you hold a level 3 in Education & Training accreditation?**

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Trainer to join our client’s warehouse team. Would suit someone with relevant experience and a passion for training looking to make a new start in a fresh role and challenge.

**The main responsibilities of the Warehouse Trainer include**
- Planning training in a timely manner to ensure priority deadlines are met
- Gaining knowledge and understanding of the equipment in the pack house to enable training delivery
- Delivering training to employees and agency workers in matters relating to product quality, food safety, legality, and health and safety
- Training employees on Manual Handling awareness and tasks and assessing competency within a set time frame
- Assisting with assessing competence and raising any concerns with the relevant supervisor/manager
- Monitoring adherence to processes and procedures and providing re-training or escalating to management as required
- Ensuring any refresher training is delivered in a timely manner and against the training plan
- Assisting with the production of training KPIs
- Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other necessary training materials
- Maintaining training records and the training system
- Ensuring all training design and delivery is compliant with any relevant technical and safety standards
- Ensuring all practices and procedures are safely carried out in line with the company’s Health & Safety policy, SSOW’s and HACCP regulations, where appropriate, and challenging colleagues who fail to adhere to any such rules or regulations
- Carrying out inductions for new starters
- Providing support in the absence of the Training Manager

**Person specifications for role of Warehouse Trainer**
- Level 3 in Education and Training
- IOSH Skills
- Experience in Manual Handling and Risk Assessments
- Excellent presentation skills
- Must have strong inter-personnel communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
