We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our brilliant team and support our baby room. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years old in our small, homely setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- support the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities and experiences that promote children's learning and development
- Observe, assess and record children's progress and share this information with parents/carers
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks as required

**Skills**:

- A passion for working with young children
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use initiative and work independently when required
