**About the role**

We're excited to be looking for an
** IQA **within our
** Quality and Compliance **team on a flexible worker contract.

As an
** IQA** your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Delivering the internal quality assurance function within the team
- Planning and delivery of relevant standardisations
- Mentoring and coaching new and existing members of the team
- Maintaining and provide evidence of relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to ensure ongoing industry currency and competence meets assessment plan requirements
- Identifying and escalating potential breach of security or compliance to the compliance team

**We'd love to hear from you if you offer the following**:

- A qualified Assessor
- Hold a relevant IQA qualification
- Have experience of producing clear and accurate reports
- GDC Registered Professional
- Two years or more recent relevant experience of dental practice management/oral health practitioner
- Hold at least a level 4 qualification or above on the OFQUAL Register of Regulated Qualifications or be QAA accredited
