As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our customers by providing friendly and efficient service. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers with a smile, take orders accurately, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Food Safety and Cleanliness**: Follow all food safety procedures to ensure the safety and quality of our products. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and following sanitation guidelines.
- **Teamwork**: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Support your teammates by assisting with tasks as needed and communicating effectively.
- **Efficiency**: Handle multiple tasks efficiently, such as taking orders, preparing food, and processing payments, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about Papa John's menu offerings, promotions, and special deals to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- **Flexibility**: Be willing to work in various roles within the restaurant, including cashier, pizza maker, and delivery driver (if applicable), based on business needs and your skills.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Availability to work Evenings, Weekends, and Bank holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour
