Extension and Temp to Perm high possibility
Rotating Shifts: Mon-Thu 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00 & Friday 06:00-12:00 or 12:00-18:00
Joinery/woodworking qualifications/experience required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the packing and manufacture of skids and crates for system dispatch as required
- Responsible for ensuring product is labelled, marked and marshalled for customer collections
- Assist with the packing of spares items for dispatch via couriers
- Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment if necessary
- Comply with Company, Quality + HSE policies and procedures.
- Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- FLT license (optional)
- Experience of manufacturing packing crates and skids within a manufacturing/warehouse environment

Experience
- Working in a packing/warehouse environment
- Basic packing for UK and export requirements
- Case making for export requirements
- Working with wood working machinery

Skills, training or special knowledge
- Basic reading, writing and mathematical knowledge
- Manual handling, Slinging and lifting

- Carry out all duties in accordance with the Quality Assurance procedures and department/area work instructions.
- Contribute to general improvements in the quality and key activities of the department/area.

Training
- Participate in training where required.

Health, Safety and Environment
- Carry out all duties safely and in accordance with the Health & Safety Policy, Employee Handbook, procedures, training and instruction.
- To be safety conscious and report any safety hazards to the HSE representative.
