**Main Purpose**:
QA Manager role is responsible for all FV configuration settings, entire project set ups including all aspects like.

**Key Responsibilities & Duties**:
**VIEW POINT FOR FIELD VIEW SOFTWARE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. BUSINESS UNIT LEVEL** responsibilities including:

- Managing software security access, roles rights and permissions, API tokens
- Managing number of business devices, on the business and project level
- Creating and managing business trades and packages
- Creating and managing workflows, task types, task libraries in accordance to projects specification
- Creating and managing business form templates in accordance to projects specification
- Managing forms configuration settings
- Managing location and assets classification on BU level
- Managing consistent approach to the software across Business Unit projects
- Managing Field View server clean-up for ACL Business Unit
- Assisting FV to 4P files upload and file map review

**2. PROJECT UNIT LEVEL** responsibilities including:

- Managing location and assets drawing calibration in accordance to project specifics
- Managing organisations set up and project assignment
- Managing organisations packages set up and project assignment
- Managing project user’s invitations roles and rights
- Managing project people set up and summary
- Managing communication plan and distribution list

**SITE/PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Running daily snagging/defects inspection to establish cause of it
- Inspecting QA check list submission against Project Program and coordinating sign off
- Issuing and coordinating flow of other digital documentation like NCR/ SSIR including Clean Up Notice/ Site Procedures like: Instruction request, snagging completion and HO certificates.
- Running weekly QA and progress meetings with site managers
- Audit QAs and snagging workflow status
- Generate various reports on weekly and monthly basis to Project Managers this including: QA report, snag report, progress report, gap analysis report, SOR (site observation report), subcontractor chart report
- Dealing with client and associates during client snags and hand over process including formal responses and chase up
- Review previous reports and liaise with managers, client and associates
- Creating and running various trackers templates

QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING

**Required**
- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management
- SMSTS
- Field view training
- MS Office 2016 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- CSCS black card (management level)

**Desirable**
- First Aid at Work
- 4 Projects

**SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE**

**Required**
- Previous experience as a trade and/ or manager within construction industry
- Ability to identify impactful problems & opportunities and communicates in a timely manner.
- Experience in using Field View
- Ability to cope effectively with complexity and change.
- Ability to effectively plan, organize, delegate and control the work process.

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of MS Projects or ASTA
