**The Role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Public Relations representative to join our team. As our Digital Public Relations representative, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team in creating and delivering clear, impactful communication tailored to external audiences to help build the marketing sales funnel.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Working with the Marketing and Engagement Team to deliver the communications plan
- Proactively contact teams and individuals in the industry and take a journalistic approach to sourcing and disseminating good news stories
- Support for other PR activities in the department where required, including writing copy for campaigns and press releases, identifying topics for producing visual communications, digital content and social media posts
- Maintenance of both personal and corporate social media presence, with a particular focus on LinkedIn and Twitter
- Monitoring social accounts as appropriate, including out-of-hours where necessary
- Identify opportunities for the development and improvement of social media approach and benchmark against competitor activity
- Analyse social media and marketing activity through our CRM software, Salesforce
- Organising and attending promotional events such as Trust events and exhibitions

**Key skills/Requirements**
- Emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
- Degree educated in a relevant field
- Be confident expressing opinions and be able to evidence this on social media
- Self-starter with the ability to build rapport
- Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills
- Team player
- Meticulous attention to detail

We are a remote-first company, with the majority of our team working remotely full-time with the ability to connect with colleagues at either of our two co-working spaces in London and Derby. Virtual team meetings are typically weekly, with Company catchups monthly.
