**Reports to: Administrator Team Leader**

**Working with: Patients; GP/Referrers; Team Leader; PRC colleagues; Operations Manager; Clinical team; Head of Audiology & ENT**

**What you will do**:
To support the patient’s journey through InHealth by completing all tasks related to processing of the referral and management of patient’s pathway in service including taking and making calls to patients to arrange suitable and timely appointments at the InHealth Clinics.

**What you are responsible for**:

- Input referral information into our in-house patient administration system.
- Locate information from various relevant sources to be able to progress patient data.
- Ensure inputted data is accurate.
- Calls answered within SLA.
- Book patients into appointments in line with best practice standards (such as clinic utilisation) identified in the patient journey.
- Adhere to data protection act guidelines.
- Adhere to IGSOC standards.
- Understand the patients’ needs.
- Control the length of talk time and wrap in line with the team control charts to ensure it is efficient and of a good quality.
- Use appropriate questions to manage calls and identify patient needs resulting in 1st time resolution.
- Continuously maintain appropriate records and keep information up to date and relevant.
- Any other duties that are deemed as reasonable to the role.

**You have experience of**:
Working within a customer or patient focused environment
- Using Microsoft packages and other IT systems
- Dealing with conflict situations in a calm and efficient manner
- Using effective communication skills with customers and the public
- Working with multi-skilled colleagues as part of a multi-disciplinary team
