**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

The Logistics Intern will work as part of the Procurement Performance Management & Logistics team in Marylebone, London. This role will help to coordinate the delivery of our international orders.

**ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Follow up with suppliers, freight forwarders and shipping lines via to secure shipping prices and shipping lead times
- Booking transport with courier companies, generating labels and informing suppliers of collections date.
- Retrieve export/import declarations from our fine-art transport companies.
- Tracking courier and follow up until shipment is delivered.
- Inform the team and unblock shipments in case cargo is on hold or customs require any specific documentation.
- Processing our orders in the system once delivery is complete and the client is satisfied.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Fluency in English is essential and Intermediate level French is preferred.
- Strong interest in Luxury and/or Architecture and/or Design
- Previous experience in a similar role and luxury environment would be preferred
- Must be able to communicate accurately and concisely
- Strong analytical, mindset, able to plan and co-ordinate effectively in a timely manner
- Positive, ‘can do’ attitude and able to work to deadlines

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £21,447.00-£26,633.00 per year
