We have an new opportunity for a Transport Controller who will be key in coordinating vehicle progress through repair at Elm Lodge in Rickmansworth always ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, quality, and cost control.

**The Role**:
To organise, schedule and plan vehicle body repairs through the Clancy network. Working with the internal hire team and transport to arrange replacement vehicles for crash repair work.

**Here are some of the tasks you will be involved in...**
- Allocate and record vehicle repairs ensuring all is logged
- Act as central point of contact for crash repair work.
- Purchase order receipting.
- Coordinate with hire department to organise replacement vehicles.
- Arrange vehicle movements when required.
- Creating purchase orders.
- Use Management Information systems to effectively capture and report accurate data, ensuring timelines are met
- General office administration duties.
- Compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental and Fleet policies, procedures and standards

You are looking for a role that combines both administration and operations and are a confident communicator. We’ll be looking to you to ensure that the team’s processes are efficient, effective and work priorities are met, so it’s essential that you have prior administration experience and excellent Microsoft Office skills.

As you’ll be liaising with colleagues, clients, and suppliers, great communication skills are also essential along with a full UK driving licence.

It is advantageous if you have previous involvement in a repairs/vehicle/transport role.
