We are seeking a Recruitment Advisor to effectively support the Company’s recruitment, undertake and manage appropriate campaigns to attract and source talent, ensuring sourcing to time and budget.
**The key accountabilities of the role will include**:
Recruitment
- Execute recruitment campaign against current recruitment needs, advising and supporting recruiting managers though the end to end process.
- Responsible for supporting recruitment through advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, psychometric testing and shortlisting for key roles, arranging meetings or interviews as required. Attend face to face interviews on site where required.
- Proactively and regularly monitor effectiveness of and improve campaigns and recommend changes to sourcing practices.
- Effectively identify priorities for recruitment campaigns to deliver the least risk to business continuity.
- Manage and monitor supplier quality and recommend the most effective third party contractors, including social media, to maximise sourcing efforts.
Talent Pipelines
- To promote and market the Company through attendance at Careers Fairs, schools, universities and support liaison points with key talent feeder Institutions.
Employer Branding
- Manage Zotefoams PR on social media and review sites including Glassdoor, Indeed and Pay scale.
Reports and Records
- Keep up to date stats & KPI’s, identify and implement improvements. Generate reports on recruitment metrics and data as required.
Shared Services Support
- Issue contracts of employment for Group and Talent hires and manage the new starter process.
- Ensure all data and instructions are supplied to HR for HRIS and payroll
