Beauty Receptionist

**DO YOU HAVE A PASSION FOR THE BEAUTY INDUSTRY?** Keen on kickstarting your career within administration in a prestigious beauty clinic? Competent using Microsoft Packages and have excellent communication skills?

You will join a renowned highly reputable and prestigious Beauty clinic based in **BASILDON** and be responsible for the following;
- Meet and Greet at reception desk
- Diary Management
- Liaising with Beauticians and Directors
- Answering incoming calls and redirecting calls to the relevant department
- Preparing Meeting rooms
- Skincare product demonstrations
- Creating content using social media ie TIKTOK and Instagram
- All other recommendations as directed by Directorate

**Please note you MUST live in the BASILDON AREA to be considered for this role as it is office based.**

**You will be given the following MANDATORY training;**
- EXCEL TRAINING 1 DAY
- Skincare Training
- Functional Skills in Maths and English (If needed)
