Play Worker

Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize play activities for children in a safe and engaging manner
- Create a positive and inclusive environment for children to learn, explore, and have fun
- Supervise children during playtime and ensure their safety at all times
- Encourage social interaction and cooperation among children
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of play areas and equipment
- Communicate with parents
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to interact effectively with children of different ages and backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate play activities
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Full training given, Uniform provided
Hours : 3-6pm Term time only
Holiday club hours also available
