**HR Assistant - CIPD Level 3 (Stoke-on-Trent)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, arranging interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Provide support in employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of training and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant data protection legislation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering employee queries and producing HR reports.
**Requirements**:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR / Similar role.
- An understanding of HR & H&S processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR databases.
- Must be able to work full time hours Monday - Friday.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
