The School of Natural, Social and Sports Sciences at University of Gloucestershire is seeking a permanent Lecturer in Psychology from June 2023 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Making a contribution to teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, the post-holder will be an engaging and innovative lecturer who shares our student-centred approach, is ready to offer a high standard of support and is keen to make a positive contribution to the student experience including graduate outcomes.

Applicants should offer a research portfolio commensurate with career stage and a clear personal plan to develop a programme of research.

We are particularly looking to appoint individuals who can offer expertise in Forensic psychology, Clinical psychology or other applied aspects of psychology with research, teaching and practical experience being considered. An ability to contribute to the teaching and supervision in core BPS areas but particularly biological psychology, developmental psychology and qualitative approaches would be an asset.
