**What you will do as our Lead Generator - Telesales**:
As a lead generator, you will be responsible for generating your leads via Telesales to potential new customers and building a strong pipeline of opportunities by using your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers.
- B2B telesales calls to hit call targets
- Build and maintain a lead pipeline
- Follow up on lost business in an attempt to win back the customer

- Ability to convey technical information clearly and in a benefits-focused manner
- Excellent telephone manner
- Degree or equivalent time served
- Excellent telephone skills
- Able to negotiate and overcome obstacles.

**Desirable**
- Telesales or call centre experience
- An understanding of the marketing mix.
- Ability to interpret data and use it to inform planning.
- Experience in the construction or technology sector.
