Children's Home Senior Support Worker

**Children Residential Services**, as well as a minimum of 18 months, experience working in a Children's
**Ofsted **Residential setting. A driving licence in advantageous, but not essential.

This is a Full-time Role, we offer competitive rates of pay and pay asleep in duties at
**Duties include**:
- Taking point on shift and leading by example.
- Delegating duties fairly amongst staff.
- Training up new members of staff.
- Participating in on-call rota and taking out of hours calls when required.
- Ensuring daily reports, health and safety checks and care plans are completed and up to date.
- Assisting with the support and ensuring the Child or Young Person's needs are always met.
- Working in partnership with Deputy Manager.
- Assisting with supervisions and appraisals.
