Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Garden Associate. As a Garden Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with various garden-related tasks, including planting, landscape maintenance, and groundskeeping. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for gardening and a desire to work in a beautiful outdoor environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with planting and maintaining garden beds, including weeding, pruning, and fertilizing
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Help with the installation of new plants and garden features
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of garden areas
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering gardening advice

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience or knowledge in gardening or landscaping is preferred
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
- Knowledge of plant care, including watering, fertilizing, and pruning techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
