**What You Will Do**

As a Product Owner, with responsibility for our Statement Reconciliation product, you'll lead the charge in shaping its future. Your mission is to deliver our vision, define requirements, and collaborate across teams to deliver a high-quality and easy to use supplier reconciliation product. This role is your opportunity to play a key role in our product's evolution and contribute to our company's ambitious growth plans.

**Key responsibilities**

**Support Product Vision and Strategy**:

- Assist in developing and articulating the product vision and strategy for the Supplier Statement Reconciliation product.
- Conduct market research and gather insights to contribute to the product roadmap and feature prioritisation.

**Requirement Gathering and Documentation**:

- Assist in gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into clear and concise user stories.
- Document product features, enhancements, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the product and development teams.

**Roadmap Execution and Monitoring**:

- Support the execution of the product roadmap by tracking progress, identifying dependencies, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance metrics and gather feedback to inform future iterations and improvements.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, UX/UI, training, and customer success, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product releases.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, facilitating communication and resolving issues as needed.

**Product Launch Support**:

- Assist in the preparation and execution of product launches, preparing documentation, and providing support to sales and customer success teams.
- Collect feedback from beta releases, early adopters, and stakeholders to iterate on the product and drive adoption.
