Portfolio Commercial Lead

**Salary**: London - £75,000 - £90,000, National - £55,000 - £70,000

We have a new role for a Commercial Lead for the ACS CIO Portfolio, you will be responsible for providing commercial oversight and challenge of the portfolio as part of the CIO Transformation Team. You are a self-motivated and forward-thinking teammate, enthused by the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.

A bit about the job:
The role is responsible for leading all aspects of the commercial performance of the ACS CIO portfolio of IT programmes, providing challenge to ensure these are delivering against forecasts, outcomes and plans.

The position provides extensive exposure to senior leaders within CIO and the opportunity to work in a successful team.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Previous experience of developing or reviewing businesses cases- Strong financial acumen- Must have strong communication skills. Persuasive and articulate, ability to influence at a senior level, produce executive level outputs under tight deadlines and a consistent track record in effectively operating Portfolio-wide governance with the ability to work with other teams quickly and effectively- Change management and dependency management experience is a must alongside planning and complex process management skills- Programme planning and estimating experience, with the ability to challenge plans and forecast costs
