Mploy in Poole are looking for a Quotes / Sales Processor to join their client in Bournemouth on a temporary to permanent basis.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has strong written & communication skills
- Is confident & resilient with people skills
- Is able to work on their own and as part of a team
- Has good organisational and time management skills
- Is computer literate
- Is able to work accurately
- Is able to use Excel and Word
- Can work using a bespoke computer system (In house training provided)

Your duties will include:

- Processing quotes & orders
- Working out schematic layouts for Geo Bar, Authentic Bar & Square Leads
- Scaling drawings for shaped frames to send out to customers for approval
- Lifting information from architectural drawings to complete quotes or orders
- Matching up the quotes with the order using customer reference or quote numbers
- Customer queries
- Answering phone
- Assisting Walk-ins in the showroom
- Printing out and packaging orders for distribution to office/factory
- Purchasing products from suppliers using online system and purchase order forms
- Allocating jobs to produce a material summary for optimising products to order from suppliers
- Double checking specifications prior to quote or order

The working hours for this role will be Mondays to Fridays 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and the hourly rate offered is £10.41.
