**HR Officer**

We are excited to be expanding our HR team and recruiting for a HR Officer to join Be Caring. The role would suit a HR Administrator wanting to take the next step in their career.

This is a full-time role, working Monday-Friday. The role offers hybrid working from Liverpool or Manchester.

**About the role**

We are looking for an engaging HR Officer to join our small HR team. The purpose of the role is to provide generalist HR support to our operational and central teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases
- Offering advice and coaching to Managers on aspects of employment law, policies and best practice
- Monitor staff absence levels, ensure that employees are progressed in line with absence policies and offer support to managers to manage absence levels
- Offer support with employee relations such as disciplinaries, grievances and absence cases
- Supporting the health, safety and wellbeing of employees within the organisation
- To attend meetings with employees, managers and stakeholders and support with minute taking
- To manage the induction and onboarding of central teams
- To analyse data and compile reports for different audiences including operational management teams and senior management teams

**Skills and qualifications required for the role**

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and communicate at all levels. You will be an experienced and highly skilled administrator with attention to detail. There will be a willingness to go above and beyond to support colleagues and drive positive change. You will have competent PC skills, including excel, and be able to analyse data to present to different audiences.

You will be a skilled administrator with at least 1 years experience as a HR Administrator (CIPD membership is not essential).

Although not essential, experience in the Health and Social Care sector will be an advantage. You must be able to travel independently to different office locations in Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool.
