Caretaker - Finchley

SCHOOL CARETAKER REQUIRED - FINCHLEY, NORTH WEST LONDON

Pay: £15/£16 per hour

Location: Caretaker

Hours: full-time

Must Have:
Valid Enhanced DBS Check issued in last 6 months or have the online update service

(If you do not have a valid DBS, we can process one for £42)

Previous caretaking experience

Be able to provide proof of right to work

Flexible working hours

Be available at short notice

Our client based in Redbridge is looking for a Caretaker to do deep cleaning and maintain the school, lock up, including windows and open school daily. Check all the Heating, lighting, and alarms of the school. Litter picking around school ground. May needto take up cleaning duties. Do General maintenance repairs and book larger jobs? Do fire safety checks.
