We are seeking to recruit a Project Controller for a Control Account Team in the projects Technical Development Department.

Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. **What you will be doing**:
With this exciting opportunity your main responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of project plan schedules in P6 Primavera planning software.
- Manage risk, identify treatment options and provide information necessary to make management decisions to the key stakeholders.
- Manage & report variances to project baselines.
- Key contributor to the various performance reviews with an understanding of key performance metrics and a proactive approach to recovery planning.
- Support Change Control and be able to enact change in line with company process.
- Monitor department deliverables & escalate risk where appropriate.
- Ensure the ERP system is maintained.
- Supporting growth through improvement strategies.

To be successful in this role you will need to meet the following criteria:

- Equivalent industry experience preferable or Degree level qualification.
- Attained APM Project Management Qualification or equivalent; or can demonstrate equivalent PM knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience of SAP and P6 preferable.
- Experience of working in an Integrated Project Team environment ideally gained within the engineering sector
- Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate a positive ‘can do’ attitude to deliver on promises and commitments and be able to adapt to changes in the working environment, managing competing demands to make the best use of time and resources
- Experience of managing a number of tasks simultaneously, prioritising activities to meet deadlines.
