As the world leader in the manufacturing of wood based panel products, we are seeking a loyal, ambitious and passionate Trainee & Skilled Production Operators who can add real value to our teams.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:
The role of a Imports / Exports Administrator is to ensure that Kronospan are fully compliant with their imports and Exports and that documents are stored safely and securely with quick and easy access should they be required by HMRC

Duties include:

- Ensuring all of the correct documents are received from the supplier
- Storing documents on Kronospan internal server
- Reviewing and checking any documents that we receive are correct and detail the correct information - more detail on this (document C005) can be found here
- Ensuring the documents are issued to our clearing agent so the declaration can be cleared in CDS
- Inputting all critical information on to the customs declaration spreadsheet and creating a direct link to the document storage file
- Monitoring shipments to ensure import clearances have been issued by our agent
- Storing clearance documents in the correct file on the server, once clearances have been issued
- Adding clearance details to the customs spreadsheet
- Monitoring imports mailbox and dealing with any queries that arise.
- Arranging transport for items being sent to the EU for repair - either via courier or haulier
- Check monthly report received from ] HMRC to ensure that we have a record of all clearances that have been processed on behalf of Kronospan
- Deal with and queries relating to Imports and Exports

**Requirements**:

- Purchasing or Supply Chain admin background
- Proven ability to cope under pressure
- Qualification in CIPS or the desire to complete a CIPS qualification
- Degree qualified desirable but not essential
- Understanding of the imports and exports procedures post Brexit
