**The role purpose**

**Core Responsibilities**

Customer Relationship Development

You will be making regular daily calls (by telephone or in-person or video) to allocated customers or healthcare professionals to develop new relationships and maintain existing ones. Act as a first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.

Customer Needs Clarification

Liaise with the customers or healthcare workers to clarify the customer's requirements and establish needs.

Customer Solution Propositions

Identify the requirements and needs of customers and healthcare workers and offer tailored solutions accordingly.

Customer Relationship Management

Enter the relevant information into the CRM system after each contact with a customer to ensure that the organisation has quality data to enable effective customer retention and business development activities.
