An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Ryder & Dutton as a Casual Viewer in our busy Auction department (Auction House Manchester).

**The Role**

A client facing role accompanying prospective buyers on open house property viewings, you will be responsible for promoting Auction House. We hold 7 auctions a year and viewings are conducted 3 weeks prior to the auction up to the auction date. We are looking for someone who can work occasional weekdays on the run up to our auction and conduct viewings within the Greater Manchester area as well as parts of West Yorkshire and Lancashire.

You will need:

- A mature and outgoing personality
- Good local knowledge
- Good time management
- Access to own vehicle, insured for business use

**Job Type**: Casual Part Time

**Salary**: £12 per hour plus mileage

Hours: Casual - weekdays
