**Architectural Technologist, Plymouth £35k - £45k DOE**
A highly regarded consultancy in Plymouth are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team. You will be delivering and working on projects in a variety of sizes and complexity across mainly residential and commercial.

**The Role**:
- Producing working drawing packages
- Liaising with consultants and clients
- Lead and manage technical design projects
- Attending site meetings
- Measured surveys and site inspections
- Proficient in Revit is preferred but not essential
- Proficient in AutoCAD is mandatory
- UK based professional practice experience required
- Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently
- Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
- Architectural degree
- A minimum of a couple of years industry experience is required
