This person will provide vital assistance with fixed assets, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for the whole finance team. This will entail administrative, reporting, and analytical tasks. We are seeking someone to establish a career with us that has a strong interest in accounting and wants to expand their expertise.

**Duties & Responsibility**:

- Study towards AAT qualification
- General Finance administration and data inputting
- Rotate around different functions within the UK Finance Team, supporting each function such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts payable and fixed assets as required
- Assist with the resolution of finance queries
- Assist with month end, management accounts and year end procedures
- Assisting the team with financial reporting
- Other ad hoc duties

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 5 GCSEs, Grade 4-9 (A -C equivalent) including Maths and English
- Good organization and time management skills
- An A level/Extra GCSE in Maths, Business or Accounting would be beneficial
- Desire to learn and interest in Finance
- Ability to use own initiative
- Good team worker
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good communications skills both oral and written

**Closing Date For Applications Is 14th July**
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A full valid UK driving licence or appropriate international licence allowing you to drive on UK roads (not necessary for this role)
- No unspent criminal convictions
- Able to meet the safety critical medical and fitness requirements of the role which include but are not limited to, weight, height, blood pressure, hearing & certain food allergies
