Hours: 37 hours per week.

Duration: Permanent, in line with funding

Key details/responsibilities:
This role will be part of a wider, co-occurring multidisciplinary team, including Barod and Community Mental Health Team (CMHT).

The post holder will provide support and interventions to people who have co-occurring substance use and mental health issues.

The interventions delivered will be around their substance use, whilst liaising and working closely with mental health workers, as part of service users wider care plans.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,750.00 per year
