Warehouse Sorter

HOURS AND WORKING DAYS

We currently have 2 roles available in our Warehouse, although this could be perfect for someone looking for full time who does not mind a split shift.

AM Role: Tuesday to Saturday - 3am to 8am - 25 hours a week (5 hours a day)

PM Role: Monday to Friday - 4pm to 7pm - 15 hours a week (3 hours a day)

Overview:
We are currently seeking a Sorter to join our team in our warehouse facility. As a Sorter, you will be responsible for efficiently sorting and organizing various items within the warehouse. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- Sort and categorize items based on specific criteria
- Use warehouse management system to track and locate items
- Operate forklift or other equipment to move items as needed, with training provided
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Perform basic mechanical tasks as required
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or sorting role is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
