Partnering with our esteemed client, you'll work in local territories in Queensferry, earning uncapped commissions, with flexible hours and robust support to help you excel as an Enrollment Representative working with Non-Profit organizations.

**Key Enrollment Duties**:

- Actively enroll individuals in local territories for charitable causes and continue to raise donations in territory through face to face engagement.
- Drive enrollment efforts through effective communication and persuasion.
- Use sales, marketing, and communication skills taught in training in the field.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential donors and community members.
- Meet and exceed enrollment targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

**Experience/Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in fundraising or enrollment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve enrollment goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Passionate about fundraising and making a positive impact in the community.
