**Maintenance Technician for Central and Greater London based at Harlesden**

- Monday - Friday Role, 6am - 2:30pm, overtime available.

**The Role**

Working within a tight knit team as part of a team, we have an opening for experienced Maintenance Technicians to operate from our Harlesden base in NW10. Field based, this role will be responsible for the maintenance and care of both interior and exterior planting displays in our customers premises, including watering, cleaning, pruning, pest control, and replacement of any plants that are not up to standard. Our Field based Technicians travel from home to their customers each day, and we have vacancies for both those that can drive a company supplied van (with a £150/month driver bonus), and for technicians that use a Company paid Travel Card in order to move between calls.

**The Person**

Self-motivated, efficient, able to manage their time and workload, you will need to have excellent people skills. As the face of Plant Plan, you will need to give great customer service and be a friendly ‘face’ and be a true ambassador for the company by looking after our client needs.

Physical fit (the role is hands on and includes lifting/moving heavy items, you will need to have an interest in plants and enjoy working with them, along with strong organisational skills and a desire to learn. A willingness to act on initiative and able to work to deadlines are a must

**Benefits**

In addition to a competitive hourly rate of £13.15 - £15.30 (dependent upon experience with overtime available), indicative of our Colleague focused culture, ongoing training and development to help you develop your career is readily available.
