Dental Therapist

Dental Therapist - Thursday and Friday

For our very busy practiced based in Hatfield

**Duties**:

- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address their mental health concerns
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic, or other medical coding systems
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of therapy
- Attend regular supervision and training sessions to enhance professional development

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients
- Ability to assess and diagnose mental health disorders
- Proficiency in using Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic, or other medical coding systems for documentation purposes
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Empathy and compassion towards clients' experiences and struggles
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35.00-£45.00 per hour

- Dental Hygienist: 2 years (required)
