Whether you are an experienced tutor or assessor or maybe looking to start a career in this sector, we have a fantastic opportunity for you
As a youth tutor you will train and assess learner knowledge and competence against criteria defined by the relevant awarding body. You will be providing a learning and assessment to youth learners ensuring the attainment of positive outcomes through the delivery of classroom and vocational assessment and training.
- You will have experience of work-based learning
- You will have a minimum QCF level 2 in childcare
- You will have a full and valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- You will have an ability to work effectively within a team
- Good IT skills
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and prevention
