Edgings inc Prep £12/m

Stone up and Base Course Driveways £15/m2

Replace Damaged Kerbs £14 Ea.

**Ground Floors**

Pot & Beam £10/m2

Insulate and DPM £2.50/m2

75mm Concrete - Trowelled Finish £10/m2

**Drainage and Ducts**

Ducts £6/m

Drainage £14/m

225 Chambers Complete £30 ea

450 Chambers complete £50 ea

**Landscaping and Fencing**

Turf and Topsoil £5 per m2

Fencing £13 / m

Rates are all in and include all ancillary works, Preparation and operating large plant. Supply of small plant, tools and ppe are all included in the rates.

Dayrate - on specific Site Directives issued by site manager when no pricework available

Ganger £20 ph

Groundworker / Machine Driver £18 ph

Handy Labourer £13.50 ph
