_**Job Duties**:_
1. GRP laminating (hand lay or Chopper Gun) products (mainly slides for play ground equipment)
2. Mould preparation (New / Refurbish/ Minor prep)
3. Matt cutting
4. Prepping, gelling and mould release
5. Trimming / Sanding processing
6. Mixing of materials
7. Polishing & packing
8. Occasional Unloading and loading of materials and goods
9. Operating of various machines and using hand tools.
10. Interpret drawings to acquire correct sizes, cut-out requirements and orientations of products.
11. Be self-reliant on tasks
12. Follow work plans exactly
13. Constantly look to improve quality of products.
14. Other duties that aid manufacture including manual handling and housekeeping tasks.
**Requirements**:
1. Understanding of the materials used and the process involved in manufacturing GRP product.
2. Fiberglass experience (at least 2 years)
3. Safe use of hand tools both manual & battery operated.
4. Attention to detail and identifying defects.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Ability to clean, organise and keep tidy work spaces.
7. Correct use of PPE
8. Physically able to maintain manual handling procedures (training will be given in manual handling).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £13.50-£14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Doncaster: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
