ANDYSMANCLUB is a movement with a difference, no two days are the same. We are looking for a Social Media and Content Creator to join our amazing family. Utilising your creative flair, you’ll develop the activity calendar, manage scheduling and posting, lead the ideation stages and activation, and execute social media strategies to deliver incredible content that generates results whilst ensuring the mission and message of ANDYSMANCLUB is unmistakable and stays the same.

ANDYSMANCLUB was established in 2016 after the loss of Andrew Roberts to suicide.

ANDYSMANCLUB facilitates peer to peer support groups for men aged 18 and above across the U.K and Scotland, where men meet and support each other through shared experiences with the aim of reducing male suicide. In addition, ANDYSMANCLUB Is the founder of the global #ITSOKAYTOTALK campaign.

- **Responsible ** **General manager**:

- **Additional ** **A DBS Will be required for this role prior to employment commencing. A driving licence is desirable.**
- Maintain and grow all the charity's social media platforms to ensure they are up to date and reflect current priorities/activities. This will also include monitoring of inbox messages and comments on all social media platforms.
- Develop and create engaging, powerful, emotive and varied social media and video content to increase awareness of our charity and fundraising events, services and community impact etc
- Innovate and present new ideas to the team to support growth
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and work closely with the management team.
- Work collaboratively with our team of other volunteers on requirements for graphic design, video, animation and copywriting.
- Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends
- Implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
- Work collaboratively with the team as and when required.
- Attendance will be required at events and campaigns and this will include evening and weekend work, this will be reflected in the working week.

Person specification
- Experience of working within the field, personal, academic or professional.
- Relevant qualification is desirable
- Project and campaign management experience, able to provide examples e.g portfolio.
- Awareness and understanding of the sensitivity of our work and the need to handle communications sensitively.
- Good IT proficiency
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Good communication skills both written and spoken
- Experience of working on own initiative and working as part of of a team
- Experience of working in a busy environment
- Trustworthy
- Adaptable to change
