Due to growth, this top 100 independent insurance broking firm are looking for a Sales Executive to deal with incoming enquiries and warm leads within the commercial insurance team.

With the intention of increasing the service levels for clients and maintaining their excellent renewal retention figures, the company would like to hear from like minded people, ready to move into a energetic working environment.

**As Sales Executive, you will**:

- Work on developing warm sales leads generated by a closely-linked telemarketing team
- Selling market-leading insurance products to prospective clients
- Retaining repeat business at times through excellent service standards
- Receive full expenses and support to become professionally Cert CII qualified, as well as a bonus once completed
- Enjoy generous bonuses to be made on all business landed and renewals the following year
- Aim to achieve sales person of the year awards, including holidays and large annual bonuses
- Enjoy the modern working environment including dress down days and early finish Fridays

**You**:

- A Sales Executive with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets
- Driven and hungry approach toward sales
- Enthusiastic persona with the desire to succeed
- A good knowledge of insurance and commercial insurance products
- Based in Northampton, Bedford, Cambridge, Luton, Milton Keynes or surrounding areas and able to commute to the Bedfordshire office
