We are now looking for a

**QESH Support**

to join our team working for a better future. The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Fareham, UK.

**As QESH Support, your work will focus on these responsibilities**:

- Approval and monitoring of suppliers
- Provide training on Quality, H&S and Environmental including new starter inductions
- Carry out internal and supplier audits as required by the management systems
- Ensuring compliance with legal obligations and best practices
- Ensuring risk assessments are conducted, monitored and reviewed
- Ensuring Environmental assessments are conducted and monitored
- Raise internal non conformity notifications and monitor monthly
- Advising staff on HSE issues
- Planning and conducting of safety walks in accordance with schedule
- Collate sustainability data
- Investigation of near misses and accidents
- Carry out and monitor DSE Assessments
- To attend other depots as necessary to provide quality, health safety and environment support.
- To comply with the company's policies and procedures.

In addition to the above duties and responsibilities, the post holder must be prepared to undertake such additional duties within their capabilities which may result from changing circumstances, but which may not of necessity, change the general character or level of responsibility of the post

**To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience or knowledge in the following areas although training will be given**:

- Auditing skills
- Presentation skills
- Risk Assessments
- Knowledge of HSE legislation
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
