I am on the hunt for an experienced Research & Engagement Manager on behalf of my client. Offering a great working environment working with a great team on a hybrid basis, this is a great opportunity to join the UK's leader in it's field/sector.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the delivery of research and engagement activities in line with deadlines and the program of work and delivered to a high quality.
- Integrate relevant research, intelligence, and analysis with our own understanding to form a comprehensive overview of priorities.
- Deliver evidence-based reports that drive engagement activity and decision-making which can be shared with internal (and where agreed) external stakeholders
- Effectively communicate and promote research outputs to build recognition of the Company and drive engagement with stakeholders.
- Be responsible for embedding robust qualitative and quantitative research, intelligence gathering and analysis.
- Deliver and support others across the business to analyse and explain engagement findings.
- Work with the Head of Careers, to understand research needs and develop engagement activities (for example, focus groups)
- Contribute to an effective media and social media strategy to maximise the impact, influence, and reach of the Company's brand.
- Assist in the design and development of internal systems that enable effective monitoring of work, resulting in KPI focussed and evidence-based impact reports.

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Good understanding of the role of research in engaging stakeholders and developing policy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in a straightforward and accessible format.
- Knowledge of research methodology and the analysis of data.
- Confidence to take the initiative, and a demonstrated ability to identify key issues, develop creative solutions and successfully promote them to stakeholders.
- Resourceful, highly motivated, and able to work calmly under pressure.

**Experience**
- Experience of conducting primary and secondary research.
- Practical understanding of research techniques and methods.
- High level of experience analysing data to produce reports.
- Good understanding of GDPR and data protection compliance.
- A track record of successful stakeholder engagement and/or partnership working.
