Stores Co-ordinator

As the Stores Co-Ordinator for our packaging site in Lockerbie, you will manage the engineering inventory to include order, receipt and issues of stock and non-stock items.

Your main duties will include:

- Inspecting and confirming delivery requirements are compliant, free of damage and of the correct specification and quality.- Tracking and expediting of goods ordered and that they are compliant with delivery lead times.- Ensure management of stock is controlled and costs are allocated to the correct cost centres and equipment using SAP.- Coordination and kitting of spares required for scheduled work.- Develop, maintain, and manage rolling stock check programs ensuring stock levels are accurate, minimum, and maximum stock levels are appropriate and that aged stock is managed.

About you:
- Demonstrable experience in a stores/engineering environment.- SAP System knowledge (desirable)- Understanding of manufacturing environment.- Good analytical, communication, time management and process improvement skills.- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
