**Your Role**:
As a Behavioural Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in crafting an enriching and captivating learning environment for students. Your dynamic responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Collaborating in the planning and execution of lessons.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who require it.
- Cultivating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Assisting with classroom management and behavior support.
- Supporting students with special educational needs.
- Preparing classroom materials.
- Engaging in extracurricular activities and school events.

**Your Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday
- Start time: 8:30 AM
- Finish time: 3:30 PM

**Your Qualifications and Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Relevant experience working with children in an educational, childcare, Support worker, health care assistant, hospital setting within the last two years.
- A deep passion for education and an unwavering commitment to making a positive impact.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to collaborate seamlessly with teachers, staff, and students.
- Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the school and students.
- A dedication to fostering a secure and inclusive learning environment.
- Recent experience working with children within the last two years.
