You will be responsible of the effective running of the yard ensuring stock is checked, handled and stored correctly, satisfying customer orders by carrying out goods-received and general yard duties. In addition you’ll be driving as a customer delivery driver as and when needed, offering you job satisfaction in an incredibly varied role.

**What to expect**

As a relief customer delivery driver and the face of the company, we’ll need you to safely deliver building materials to our customers with a professional and friendly approach. You will be covering holidays and sickness at both our Bellshill and Hillington branches. Every day is different, from the number of drops you’ll do, to where you will be delivering. You’ll be loading and unloading, operating the crane and supporting team members when needed.

In addition, when you are not required to drive you will be responsible of the effective running of the yard ensuring stock is checked, handled and stored correctly, satisfying customer orders by carrying out goods-received and general yard duties offering you job satisfaction in an incredibly varied role.

**What are we looking for?**
- A valid **HGV Class 2** (Category C) licence
- A valid **CPC Card** and **Digi Tachograph** card
- Whilst multidrop experience is handy, it’s not a necessity
