Manufacturing is a key department providing quality components, assemblies and products to enable installs and web shop sales across the country.

We're recruiting for an Assembly Technician to work in our manufacturing team, delivering outstanding play and learning products from our onsite workshop and warehouse facility.

You will be an integral member of the Manufacturing team, assembling and building our industry leading range of playground products

**Responsibilities**
- To assemble a wide range of products in our varied portfolio, using basic joinery skills.
- On-time, quality manufacturing of all Pentagon products, as per Pentagon’s manufacturing drawings and set build times.
- Follow Pentagon’s manufacturing processes in order to achieve a high level of efficiency and productivity.
- To use hand and power tools to create high quality playground products.
- Able to follow work schedules set by management, reporting back when timings are incorrect.
- To observe and follow all Pentagon health and safety protocols.
- To observe and follow housekeeping standards set by management.

**Skills Required**:

- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings to complete assemblies.
- High level of attention to detail.
- The ability to show initiative and suggest solutions when faced with problems.
- Experience in manufacturing processes and the use of basic joinery skills.
- Confident communicator
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Existing knowledge of Health and Safety.

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
